Our dancers have performed all over Western Canada, at a wide range of venues. We are known all over Calgary and Saskatoon, from our appearances at local fundraisers, concerts and festivals. Our Calgary dancers have appeared on the A-Channel's "Big Breakfast", and the Saskatoon dancers have been in the news many times due to their competitive achievments. We have performed with the Irish Rovers, Natalie McMaster, Ashley McIsaac and the Chieftains, as well as at Saskatoon's FolkFest, the Black Duck Celtic Festival, Prairie Ceilidh concerts, major fundraisers and conventions, and the Water Valley Celtic Folk Music Festival. Our dancers also perform routinely at schools, private parties, shopping centers, senior's homes, and community events.

Irish Dancing is the perfect form of entertainment for any event, from informal gatherings to formal presentations. The dancers' movements and energy reflect the lively celtic music, which brings any crowd to life.

We are available to perform at any type of function, party, or special event. We provide a professional stage production, featuring solo and group choreography, in hard shoe and soft shoe technique. Our shows contain a balanced mix of traditional and modern dancing styles. We are able to provide our own music, as well as being flexible when performing with live bands.

Options

Depending on your needs, we have several options of performance types and levels:

1. GENERAL
   

   Includes dancers of all levels, from "cute little beginners", to more advanced "championship" dancers. The program includes group dancing and solo dancing, in both hard and soft shoe, at a wide range of levels. Between 6 - 20 dancers participate in the program.

2. SMALL GROUP
   

   A smaller group of 2 - 8 dancers only, perfect for venues with limited performance space.

3. JUNIOR GROUP
   

   Perfect for venues with young people, such as school or extra-curricular functions, festivals, nursing or seniors homes, hospitals, parties.

4. SENIOR DANCE TROUPE
   

   A higher level of choreography, including senior dancers of the school at an advanced level. This group specializes in banquets, weddings, high profile performances, concerts, major fundraisers, and prestigious venues. A professional presentation including both soft and hard shoe numbers.

Pricing

Payment for our appearances is in the form of a donation to our fundraising group. (In Calgary, the TDL Society) (in Saskatoon, the SSID Parent's Association). Funds raised through performances directly support the dancers in their dancing careers, through costuming needs, and travel expenses related to competitions and performances.

Donation amounts are determined based upon:

• length of performance
• number of dancers
• distance to travel for performance (ie: local vs. out of town)
• type of venue
• level of dancing required

Our performance coordinators will work with you to reach a suitable and satisfactory price to suit your budget and your needs. Bookings are based on our availability, and when an agreement is reached between both parties. Quotes are given on a case-by-case basis.
